Night Elf
Has anyone seen this movie with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore? Dd and I trying to decide between this and Maleficent. She's thinking of saving Maleficent for when her friend gets home from vacation though. Is Blended funny? Cheesy? Worth the money?
jhschool
It sounds good but I've read it has a lot of things that some families would find inappropriate. Plugged In (a family website) gives details on things some families might find inappropriate. http://www.pluggedin.com/ Read it and then decide for yourself. I myself plan to see it because I like Drew Barrymore's acting.
Slartibartfast
Common Sense Media is a great website for reviewing things according to age. But your dd is older, I think she is past the age when ones needs things like that. I have seen both good and bad reviews. I think if you liked other Adam Sandler movies you would like it. Delirium
I enjoyed Blended. I adore Drew Barrymore and she seems to take the Adam Sandler-ness down a notch.
DesertBlossom
Can't say I'm a huge fan of Adam Sandler... which is probably why I thought this review was pretty funny.
Jasperstone
Oh phew! This thread has just stopped me from allowing my eleven year old to go to the movies with her older sister and her friends tonight. I had no clue, and would have been mortified later when I found out what she would have been exposed too. Thank you!
