gardenmom5
what do you know about them, do you like them? would you use them over metal pans? how do cupcakes baked in them turn out compared to metal pans?
lovinmomma
I'm listening, because I've been wanting some silicone cupcake molds so that I can cut down on my costs for making muffins. Just seems easier to have something reusable and not have to spray them. You don't spray them, do you?
Cammie
I love mine - I have the cupcakes ones. The cupcakes turn out great, the slide out of the silicon molds and easy clean up!
kiwik
They are easy to clean but other than that they aren't that great.
carriede
I just got rid of my last silicone pans. I had bread pans, cake pans, and muffin pans. I HATED the smell they gave off when using them in the oven. I felt that if they give off such a smell, something just HAD to be leaching into the food. I've since switched to plain metal and glass pans.
FriedClams
I love to bake - and I hate the ones I have. I find them hard to clean, floppy, and they don't hold shape well while baking. The cake pan seems better but the loaf pan I have is terrible.

LostSurprise
I seriously dislike them. They don't keep shape so you need a cookie sheet under them. They give off a rubbery smell, especially after baking in them. It's not appetizing. They can be a pain to wash. They're so wiggly you have to hold them stiff to scrub. I have 1 mini set I use for making chocolates (because of the smell/material I will freeze in it but I won't bake in it) because they flip out nice. I got rid of the rest.
