Impish
Calling Dr Hive! Weird pain along the jugular in my neck, on the left side since yesterday. Tender/hurts to touch, stretch my neck, etc. Now getting a migraine on the left side as well. Anyone have this experience?
Catwoman
Could you have pulled a muscle? Would a hot shower help? I hope you feel better soon!!! :grouphug:
Impish
I have no idea. I woke up w/it yesterday, the neck pain. Migraine is new.
Lara in Colo
I would start with a heat pack to help with blood circulation. That will help with the migraine and any muscles in the neck. Turn your neck, stretch the muscles and rub as well. After that I am no good. Sorry Lara
Catwoman
I know I have gotten pain like that from sleeping in a weird position, and then I must keep tensing it up or something, because I end up with a migraine from it. Are you finding that your shoulders aren't relaxed, and that they're sort of "pulled up" toward your neck? If you can relax your shoulders, that could help, too. If there's any way you can relax your neck, or get Wolf to give you a fairly long neck massage, it might ward off the major migraine symptoms. Impish
Can't imagine WHY I'd be stressed. Nope. Not possible. I'm the Zen master. Nothing stresses me out. I live where unicorns fart rainbows and burp fairy dust. (Or is that the other way around?) Nope. Nothing to be stressed about in my life. BWAH HAHAHAHAHA! Sorry. Couldn't keep a straight face, even typing!

Impish
:scared: there's a cheery thought. :svengo:
Whereneverever
Sorry! :grouphug: I developed clotting issues last pregnancy, so that's why my mind runs to.
Impish
Still not cheery. No noticable swelling, so I'm gonna take that as a no. Yes, I googled. (I even dragged Wolf into the kitchen to look)
besroma
I would try an ice pack. I use to use only heat, but my physical therapist taught me that icing helps more often than heat does.
Tammi K
Lots of lymph nodes in that same area. Could it be that? On the few occasions when I've had swollen nodes, they hurt like blazes. :grouphug: Hope you feel better soon.
