jeninok
I am sitting at work and keep getting a faint whiff of cat pee. It is my boots :glare::glare::glare: I haven't worn them since last fall so I don't know when it happened and now I don't know how to try to get the smell out. They are brown suede Bearpaws, with the fuzzy insides, my favorite winter shoes :svengo::crying: I wore them last night trick or treating and didn't smell them despite wearing them outside for several hours, but now sitting still at my desk, it is bugging me! Thank goodness no one else is here today, or sitting nearby!!!!

jeninok
I think it is time for new boots. Yuck! You are probably right, but I'd like to try to clean them first, it isn't overpowering, just a little whiff every now and then. Has anyone ever put theirs in the washing machine with woolite? photomo
we had a cat that peed on my sons brand new backpack. I saw a comercial for Zero Odor....I ordered it online. (I think target may carry it now) OMG it worked. seriously it took the smell away 100%.
jhschool
I just ran my fake suede (very high quality) boots through the washer and dryer and they came out like new. Now, mine are fake and yours are real, so I don't really know. I would risk it (but it depends how much they cost).
_melody_
There is some stuff you can get called Anti-Icky-Poo. It works better to get out cat odors than anything I've ever tried. I've got an 18 1/2 year old cat and I've tried a lot of stuff. lol I order it from Amazon, but there are other places you can get it, I'm sure. It's amazing.
