FloridaLisa
Interesting link. NPR ran a story today on the oversupply of pharmacy graduates due to many new pharmacy schools that have opened in the last few years. That may be a completely different market than pharmacology. NPR ran a story today on the oversupply of pharmacy graduates due to many new pharmacy schools that have opened in the last few years. That may be a completely different market than pharmacology. Lisa I do wonder how they determined this. What schools did they check? Did they talk to every grad? How many were there?
G5052
I know several astrophysicists who have had periods of unemployment, and most end up working in IT. It really isn't a high demand field. The others I can believe though.
Nan in Mass
I was rather disappointed when I openend the thread. It sounded as though there might be some purely-for-the-knowledge degrees or some that were strictly for volunteers. Oh well. I'm rather surprised about the astrophysicists. Very cool if it is true, though! Nan
