ChrissySC
Have a look here. I wanted something cutesy for cementing contractions. I noticed a great deal of improper use in writing lately. I was looking for a list of contractions, and I had planned to originally just make a list. My dc is in the fifth grade. This should be enough. Nah, it isn't Thus, we have Cupcake Contractions. You can have them too!
kandty
Thank you! Your post made me remember that my son was struggling with contractions and we put them aside for awhile, but I forgot to get them back out. This will be a great activity! Reading through writing that says you're instead of your and it's instead of its. LOL Have fun with them. They will make it fun to review and learn. :) Try this to see them all ... http://www.mediafire.com/view/?se19soh4hdar7id Edited April 15, 2012 by ChrissySC

parias1126
These would be great to laminate, put magnets on them, and keep for a magnetic dry erase board activity!

Oh, I could print to magnetic paper. Maybe I am glad that I blogged before I printed. We could put them on the fridge too. Anyone have any other neat ideas? I like the magnet idea ... alot. BatmansWife
Thank you. I just printed these on cardstock. I might cover the pieces with clear contact paper and put the AAS magnets on the back (I have a bunch left over) and use them on our AAS magnetic board.
