We have a lost child in our area...

Recommended Posts

That is sad, I will be praying.

I had a friend who had to lock all her doors and hide the key when her non verbal autistic son was around that age, he would try to run out into the street any chance he could get. She determined that their chances of dying in a fire were less than the chance something would happen to her son if they didn't lock themselves in. (They had tried all kinds of latches and other systems, nothing but hiding the key worked.) He is a teen now, they survived their running years.

This is in my county, unfortunately. Praying for his return. I also have a nonverbal child who is a runner. So scary.

Hundreds of people showed up today to volunteer for the boy's search. I hope he is found soon. There is difficult terrain (brambles, steep banks, etc.) for folks to navigate. A friend of our family (retired police officer) just sent a msg about an hour or so ago that he had been through training and was heading to his search grid location.

Little Robbie is still missing. Hundreds came out today to help look for him. The search has stopped for the evening except for specially trained people, as some of the terrain in the search perimeter is rough (several volunteers required medical treatment).

Please pray.
