2squared
So I finally signed up for Library Elf. Forked over $20. Big decision. Then, for some reason, the site didn't work. My books were late. Huge fine - more than the $20 I paid for the service. Does this happen often? I am seriously considering demanding my money back if they are unreliable. PuddleJumper1
I use the free version of Library Elf and have never had a problem. We have had one or two times that I've recieved an e-mail that my cards have gone off-line for some reason (which I have to log on and fix) but I've never had them not give me notice of something due or a hold ready. We love Library Elf - I'd be lost without it :)
Live2Ride
its free through our library system. I'd be contacting someone about yours though if is wasn't alerting you. I like it though. Keeps me on track with the books.
Word Nerd
I've only used the free version. When I had trouble getting emails previously, it was because my library had changed its settings, so LibraryElf couldn't log on to the system. tammyw
I pay $12/year for my service and have had it go "offline" with one of the two library systems I use. I had to email to get it fixed. It was a weird thing, but that particular library was in their "beta" system, so that might have been why. Never had a problem with our regular library though.
