If I wax my arms, will the hair grow in thicker or thinner?

Recommended Posts

No. It's an old wives' tale that arm/leg hair grows back thicker/thinner/whatever. It might seem that way in the begining when the hair is just poking up out of the skin, but if allowed to grow back to its normal length, it will be just like it was before. Those hair follicles aren't affected by the hair's being removed.

Sometimes it looks darker because it hasn't been bleached by the sun.

I doubt you'd get anything thicker. I have seen parts of my own body get thicker hair, but also parts of my legs have gotten less hairy after repeated waxing.
