Oh I'm so sorry you are feeling overwhelmed!

Can you ask everyone to take a half hour quiet time after lunch? Take a moment for yourself. Personnally, I would have a good cry, chocolate, delegate supper to Pizza Hut...

Hold the fort together until Dh,grand-ma or a sitter can offer you some well deserved support. :grouphug:

:grouphug: Here's what works for me... Take a deep breath. Send the kids for some quiet time (or nap if they are young enough). Take a deep breath. Have some protein (a high protein meal always helps me to be able to handle stress better). Take a deep breath. Read some scripture, or a favorite book, or some inspirational quotes. Lower your standards for the rest of the day. Take a walk (unless it is as hot as it is here today! In that case, stay in and turn up the A/C!). Make the rest of the day as easy as you can. Continue to take lots of deep breaths. Take time to pray. Get a good night's rest tonight.

 

If you need anyone to talk with, I'm here...the worst part of having a cr*ppy day is feeling alone.

Thanks, everyone. I did the call and cry to my dh, pray and take a nap. It is so good to have a place to come to for support without judgement.
