Denisemomof4
we reactivated ds15's phone and got him limited texting so that we could get in touch with him during school. He just texted his "brother" but got our phone numbers mixed up. He keeps texting ME thinking it's his BROTHER. I keep saying things like, "we have such a cool mom. I miss her. I think I'll leave H's house early so I can spend time with her." "We have pretty cool parents. You should learn to appreciate them.":lol::lol:He's still texting and has NO idea it's me he's talking to!!! We're SO not cool (I mean really, 15 years old and just sent his first text!) but we're getting up to speed.:lol::lol:

Chelle in MO
That is sweet! If it was one of my boys, though, he'd be *pretending* he didn't know it was me he was texting those compliments to! (yeah, yeah, preposition at the end of the sentence and all...) Denisemomof4
Ladies, it's really not sweet on his part. ;) He thinks he's texting his brother, which is really me, and I'm texting back (as his brother) telling him he has a great mom, he really should appreciate his parents, etc. I know, I'm obnoxious. I just can't help myself.:biggrinjester: I did take the phone away because he has limited texts and they are for his father and I to get in touch with him. So he just got his phone and he's already gone against that by texting his brother. I'm not going to get too worked up, they spent the entire day together, so I understand.
