ALB
We need a way to get energy out when it's raining or we just can't get outside. Anyone have a favorite kids' exercise/ dance video you would recommend?
Snickerdoodle
For the ages that your kids are, I recommend putting the music on and just dancing. Worked for us many when they were little. m0mmaBuck
We use Wii Fit Plus and Wii Let's Dance to get the wiggles out. We also have Billy Banks Tae Bo Kicks DVD (made for kids) that is a lot of fun.

Tiff in TX
Who can resist dancing to ""? :iagree: Or any other Laurie Berkner song. If you haven't heard of her, google her and listen to a few of her songs. We are huge fans and sing to her stuff in the car all the time. She is a lot of fun to dance to. NicA
My dd4 really likes Move N Groove Kids. We live in Arizona, and I would not make it through the summer without these kinds of videos. :001_smile: We use the Wii fit too.
