stansclan89
Wrangler, I think. The cowboy cut style, not the ones in Walmart.
King Alfred Academy
Old Navy carries slims and their slims also have adjustable waist bands allowing them to become really slim!
Murphy101
JCPennys had some very affordable tall and skinny jeans for our 14 yr old. We were very surprised when a friend said to try there. We hadn't been to a mall in forever. My boy was :blushing::eek: according to my dh. lol eta the jeans there have adjustable waists too. mrsrevmeg
I like Gap slim pants and Lee jeans for my two skinny boys
kalanamak
I like Gap slim pants and Lee jeans for my two skinny boys I have some Gaps, but we are at the end of the adjustable bands and the waist is a big wrinkle which he finds less than pleasant. I'm hoping for something with a smaller waist than Gap....
DarlaS
Try The Children's Place. They're cut the slimmest I've found and are also quite reasonably priced.
abbeyej
Old Navy has boys slims that are slimmer than Gap or Gymboree's. We still make pretty good use of the adjustable waist, but it's not ridiculous like some of the other brands we've tried. Don't bother with Lands'End. Their slims (we tried several pair) were absurd -- a good 4" wider at the waist than their size chart indicated.
FairProspects
Does OshKosh run that big? I think they do. They are the slimmest ones we have found - the "slim" size that is. We have the same problem here.

ereks mom
;) Other than that, the best I've found were at JC Penney, and we once found some at Old Navy that fit him. He's STILL skinny, and believe me, it's HARD to find jeans to fit a skinny 19yo who's embarrassed to buy his jeans in the boys' department, even though they fit him the best. Trixie
I mean waist.Actually, I'll take any pants. thanks We've had success with Old Navy slims and JCPenney's Arizona brand slims, both with adjustable waists; but be warned that Old Navy slims can be very hard to come by. In both brands, we've had to cinch the adjustable waist almost to the point of breaking the elastic for a boy with a 21" waist who needs a size 12-14 for length. I don't look forward to the teen years. I agree with abbeyej about Land's End. Totally worthless. I'm not sure what their definition of "slim" is, but it's no definition I've ever seen. :glare: Good luck.
profmom
We've been buying the Old Navy slims and then adjusting them further too! Good to know about Lands End. I've thought about trying there.
