We are active in theater and she got into theater make up and completely painted her neck/face red. Normally when we apply make up we use an oily base so that make up wipes off. Well obviously she did not do this. We have given her a bath and tried a facial scrub cream and she is still VERY red....lol. Put about 1 tbsp in the palm of your hand & mix with just enough warm water to make a paste. Rub gently in small circles. Rinse well. I am thinking swimming over the next couple days will take care of the rest, thanks everyone!
