    I agree bookcases are the key to organizing a learning environment...Ikea is my go to store for bookcases:) Here's a pic of our learning space. HTH!

    Mine is up and in the blog. Had a mother, daughter afternoon full of thrift stores and ice cream. DD just needed a little mommy time:)

    My blog has pictures of our space. I use a binder with four weeks of material set up. Each week it seperated by a tab and includes a reading schedule and all of the worksheets /notes needed to complete the schedule. The weekly reading schedule is set up like a Sonlight schedule, I just created a blank one in word and fill it out as needed. HTH

    This year's meteor shower is supposed to be amazing! Can't wait to break out the sleeping bags and watch it with the kids:)

    I found mine at the local grocery store (Giant) with the other soy products.

    Also Nasoya has a new product out called silken style creations...it is awesome! It's a non-dairy base used for desserts here is a link to their recipe list. I needed a chocolate fix and made a chocolate cake this morning...plus they have an instant coupon to save 1.25 on one product, made the total price only .75 cents.

    What about individual fruit crisps? Maybe apple cranberry with an oat walnut crumb topping...use canola oil, coconut oil, or any other butter substitute.

    On our way to bed I told my son "We have to read a little of your schoolwork we didn't finish before bed" His response "Woohoo extra books":) I love my little bookworm! How lucky I am to be his guide on this crazy journey. I love homeschooling!

    Didn't leak for me with black bean tacos..don't overcook them and store as the recipe staes to keep moist. HTH!
