  1. I know that he will be the sweetest man at her funeral. He is just great! What's that youtube video that I've seen him in? I'll have to look that one up. It's too bad that Suzanne died. I feel like all the really great actors/actresses have either already died or are pretty close to it! :(
  2. I have heard some very great things about that man! I would have to agree w/ your assessment.
  3. says it's low 50's outside, but I haven't gone outside to check, nor will I probably. :D Brrrr. Nancypants, I'm glad I don't live where you do!
  4. were very helpful to me! I made my dh and kiddos try everything that I made, although they could eat more than me. I know how bad a yeast overgrowth can get and like I said on the other thread that was mentioned...the traditional docs couldn't even touch it! I think that I took Nystatin, had to find the right doc to prescribe it , probiotics, yogurt and staying off of those yeast building ingredients.
  5. Homeschoolers: http://classicadventures.com by Dy W.P.M.S. http://www.wpms.blogspot.com- by Patty Joanna Miscellaneous http://www.38lemon.com - This is a daily journal of a young man that has brain cancer. I find his writing amazing for someone who's going through such trauma!
  6. Galaxy Quest, that is, if you don't mind Tim Allen. Richman is just hysterical in this movie though! :D
  7. He has his MAI (is that right, or is it MIA?) and he signs off on appraisers under him.
  8. My all time favorite (hear favor-ite) movie would have to be Spanglish! My all time favorite tv show is NCIS! :D
  9. Michael Weatherly (DiNozzo on NCIS) Pauley Perrette (also on NCIS) Tony Shaloub Meg Ryan Tom Hanks Owen Wilson (Meet the Parents & the ones w/ Jackie Chan) Ben Stiller (Meet the Parents) Albert Brooks (Defending Your Life) Adam Sandler (especially in Spanglish) James Roday (Psych) Ben Kingsley Reese Witherspoon Jean Smart Christina Applegate Will Smith Sean Connery That exhausted me! I'm sure there are more, but the names escape me right now.
  10. it couldn't be any better than that, except maybe it could be Lost! But I do love House. I just made some no-bakes last night and on the ones for the kiddos I put some chocolate chips on them. Those few were a big hit!
  11. At least in my ever to be humble opinion! :D
  12. I like the leaving off some critical piece of information. Cool! Of course, I'm not the throw party type, but if I do I will use this piece of information. I also love the idea of e-vites. I always respond to those!
  13. we will never have that excuse unless the ice age comes back! :D I'm pretty sure that it would have only taken me 1 time to get stuck before I would call it quits!
  14. I suggest this because if their moving, would something more cold be better? I guess that it depends on where you live and the temperature outside. Just throwing that out there.
  15. and they go in their rooms about 9:00, but don't go to sleep until around 10:00. Lately, they have been both requiring A LOT of sleep too.
  16. I'm sure that you will find a great wealth of information here and all the support and comforting that you will need! :)
  17. Williams & Sonoma bread machine (which I rarely use!) Juice Man Juicer Rice Steamer Big Toaster (not the 2 slice bread kind) Kitchen Aid Mixer Food Processor Yikes! How could I forget my crockpot? I can't believe it, we just had lunch cooked in it today! I guess that's it. Does a Saladmaster Electric skillet count as one? If it does, then I have that too! I didn't see the poll up above before I posted this, but I did answer it!
  18. I thought that I had made it to Level 3 honeymaking bee and now I've gone backwards to Nurse bee again! Hrmph! ;) What's up w/ that?
  19. The video was sweet and touching! I cannot even imagine what it would be like to have an autistic child. It truly must be very difficult and challenging. It's awesome that he's doing this! He does sooo many great things for wounded troops! :) It makes me want to buy more of his music!
  20. He's 11 and finally made it to be out of a car seat! Isn't it 60 lbs here in CA? Anyway, we had a bone scan of his wrist done and found out that he is only a year behind physically. Maybe that's what you could have done. You can request it from your pediatrician. Now of course, you can always go to a pediatric endocrinologist because they may have different standards. I may do this this year, just to be sure.
  21. but sometimes being human (and being forgetful) I do not. I always feel terribly guilty if I don't rsvp. I really do think that it is part of the culture today to not do it!
  22. I must admit that I'm the same as Mindy in the moving up the levels thing. What can I say? I like the challenge. Plus I never got 1st on the last board, it was an artform. :-D
