well ,the age group is 3-5yos.... so, I guess I can teach blending to the older ones if they seem ready. My main goal would be letter sounds! I am excited, I think it will make for a fun class!

thanks, this is encouraging! Yes, I have used MFWK 3 times with three kids and I believe its the character/ weaving lessons that make it so special! Loved the leaf/ horse and apple unit! My kids still remember many of their special "words to remember" phrases! It was precious.... but, still with having experience using it, I was unsure if it would work for a preschooler! Its nice to know it will!!

I LOVE the topics in MFWK and love love love how the character/ letter/ phonics/ and science/ literature are all interconnected. I am wondering if it could be used in a co-op setting and just stick to letter sounds instead of blending (wont need all the worksheets) more tactile stuff. Do you think the character concepts are too far over a 3-4 yo's head??

Yeah, But the name means a lot to me :D. And, I am one who mulls over something until I am dead set that it is right. All these names do seriously make me happy....I JUST love hearing what other people like, because I want it to give a good feeling about the preschool they would consider. KWIM?
