    I like both. We have been doing Lively Latin a long time. I just can't listen to that recording, you can't even hardly hear it.

    We were sailing right along in Lively Latin ( Minus the history), having tons of fun. Then we got to Vocabulary M audio. NO !! I can not do it. Her mic was messed up or something. Fingers on a chalk board. Can.Not.Continue. Thankfully I just ordered Latin Prep 1, 2, & 3, so we don't have to stop progress ! I am adoring Latin Prep.

    Tara, do you have my kids at your house? "of the ..." was the only thing that worked here.

    I am firmly in the better early than later camp. My kids all started at different ages when they showed interest. But I knew even from the beginning starting with homeschooling my step daughters, before I even had my own, that teens can be tough. We get the basic foundation of of the way ASAP, then get down to interest based. Mine started at, in order, ages 5, 4, 6, 4, & 3. No regrets at all.

    We don't just swap stuff out on a certain date. We move to the next thing when we are finished, so I always keep the next level on the bookshelves.

    Rainbowresource.com I adore them, have been using them since the mid 90's. Great prices, wonderful customer service, and just about everything under the sun.

    Hubby went to get more Red Oak for a new bookshelf !! I can't organize the shelves are so full.

    It is part TWTM, All of Bookshark Literature and History, and more to add to our Newbery collection. Woot ! Woot !! I saw you boxday a while back.

    Math is for later, we are on 5/4 and already own 6/5. I love income tax return time !! But I need more bookshelves. ;-)

    Sometimes it doesn't, and you just need to keep at it. ;-) We are continuing several things we started last year. Also attempting some again, as they didn't fly last year.

    Saxon 5/4 First Language Lessons 3 Writing With Ease 2 Lively Latin 1 Literature from Bookshark 3 Elemental Science Earth and Astronomy All About Spelling 4 Story of the World 1 Mom designed dictionary work and vocabulary. Some moving on as needed, some were not of interest last year.

    I am not upset in anyway. I know that life gets in the way sometimes. I was just concerned. All is well, and my books are on the way.

    My books are in their way, or was just normal family stuff that put him behind. So excited now. Saving to purchase SYRWTL Spanish next. But all levels Latin Prep are on the way. Will be review after BBLL 1&2, but that is just fine. I think my son needs some more time for now. And I was just dying to have yet another Latin Curriculum. B)

    I called him just now, and he is just behind. I was getting worried, as everyone here says he is so prompt. ;-) Glad he is ok. My order will be on the way soon, as everything is in stock. Thank you all for the replies.

    It's been 5 days, and a confirmation email sent yesterday. No response. I wonder if it could be my yahoo email account? Seems like everyone hears from him really quickly.

    I adore my Brother Monochrome printer, but my laptop is going to die and with all the electronics we have it just makes sense to make the move to an Air Printer. I would love a flat bed scanner on it too. Anyone love theirs? Good toner price vs. pages printed. We print a ton from PDF's around here.
