  5. I am looking for some test prep for my third, fifth, and sixth graders before they take the Stanford 10 Achievement Test. In my search, I have found Better Test Scores and Scoring High. Does anyone know if one gives better test prep than the other? Thank you, Dixie

  9. After looking at samples of both programs and reading Cathy Duffy's reviews on the two programs, we have chosen Fallacy Detective for this fall.:) Dixie
  10. Thank you for the sample of your master outline. This will be very helpful to me in trying to plan history for our upcoming school year. We plan to begin MOH 1 this fall and I also have the Guerber/Miller books and TQ guides to use with it. Another question if you don't mind, Did you just do the mapwork that is provided with MOH or did you use something else? Thank you, Dixie

  15. Megan, Thank you so much for your reply. We don't plan to start Lively Latin II until August so it sounds like everything will be in order for us. I am trying to schedule lessons for this coming school year, but I guess I will just leave the scheduling of Latin until last. :) Thanks again, Dixie
  16. I am looking for suggestions as to how to schedule Fallacy Detective. Did you schedule it one day a week per lesson or is it better to spread the lesson out over several days or more during the week? Thank you, Dixie

  18. Hi! When you say read spine on Monday, are you reading something other than MOH? When you say begin read aloud of the week and independent read of the week, do you on average read 2 books a week in additional to the MOH work? Thank you, Dixie
