mom31257
bOOks? I lost 25 pounds earlier this year and didn't lose any in my chest. I really wanted to do so. Is there anything I can beyond surgery? I feel like they look horrible in pictures. They just overpower my body and make me look bigger than I am everywhere else. I don't have great bras. Would that help?
Desert Strawberry
Yes. Great bras will help. That is really the only thing besides surgery.
Luckymama
Go for a proper fitting! You'll be amazed at the difference :)
Lolly
New bOOkshelves are the way to go. (If you do lose weight in the bOOks, you will likely see sag...which might jsut look worse.) A different style of shirt/top might also make a difference in your appearance. Sounds like time for a shopping trip!!!
TammyinTN
Amy, go get fitted for the proper bras...they make all the difference in the world.
Desert Strawberry
If you can't do a good professional fitting, these instructions are good. http://www.breakoutbras.com/sizing I have to try on a variety of bras in a couple of sizes and styles before finding one that fits perfectly. but this gives you a good place to start and tips on what to look for. The first time I did this, I went from a 38 A to a 34 D. I was STUNNED.

I wear a C, but should be in an F! The before and after pictures are good motivation for me! Thank you for sharing this site!
mom31257
Thanks, everyone! Surgery is not an option, so a proper bra fitting is in order. I nursed both kids for 18 months each and have a large chest, so life has taken it's toll!! Well worth it, though!
Desert Strawberry
Oh, when I first measured myself, I think I got something like 32 I, which sounded crazy and actually didn't fit at all. By trying a bunch of different bras, I ended up in 34 D that fit perfectly. Measuring crazy doesn't necessarily mean you need an outlandish size. Try a few different styles and check the fit of each one till you find a good one.
