Night Elf
Argh! There is a cut or scratch on the roof of my mouth right behind a couple of teeth. I have no idea what I did. It's been there for 3 days now. How long will it last? I had a burn last month that healed quickly. This doesn't feel like it's changing. Lara in Colo
When I get a cut or a scratch that won't heal, (they usually turn into an ulcer) I put plain (no sugar) yogurt on it and it goes away. I use Greek style (because it is thicker) and try to keep it on the sore for as long as I can.

gaillardia
Swishing with mild, warm salt water and I'm sorry to say, not brushing teeth before bedtime. When I've had mouth ulcers I have to not use toothpaste before bed, just for a night or two. It really has helped and you can brush in the morning! Night Elf
I knew I'd get lots of options here. Thanks ladies. Now for the healing. :)
