King Alfred Academy
Can you recommend sites that sell toys? Not toys like Dora the explorer, Star Wars, ect. but toys like erector sets, snap circuits and the like. Thank you! And any suggestions for a 6 yo boy who really like to build things and use his hands. We have lots of blocks and legos. Would really like something where he has to use tools maybe. :001_smile:
jojomojo
I was always intrigued by this http://www.picocricket.com/ I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I definitely would have bought it by now.
Mamagistra
My ds likes Superstructs and the starter Erector sets (some of those have tools included), as well as Kapla blocks. I think MindWare might have some fun things, too. HTH :D Edited May 3, 2009 by Mamagistra
amyco
I've enjoyed the catalogs from HearthSong. www.hearthsong.com I think my MIL has purchased stuff from there before. My children are a little old for a lot of their stuff now. *sigh*

elegantlion
Here's another site, Pitsco. I have not ordered from them, but their catalog is filled with great ideas for many of the sciences.
