Crissy
Thanks to Hornblower's suggestion, we ordered supplies last week and spent most of this morning and afternoon playing with melted wax and messy dyes. Overall it went well and Hunter and I had a great time together. There was only one broken egg, which was a pleasant surprise. Hopefully this link will work for an album containing photos of our little creations. You'll want to scroll down, as today's images were added last. hornblower
Great! Beautiful designs! And only 1 breakage is awesome. The woman who taught us showed us a small NFB documentary about pysanky and their symbolism but I haven't been able to find it online. I did find a little NFB short on pysanky though.... Melinda
Thank you! I think I am going to place an order at baba's beeswax. Who did you order from and how long did it take to arrive?
Jane in NC
Beautiful job! Pysanky is so much fun to do. And I love the brilliant colors in the dyes.
