Danestress
I roasted a beef tenderloin Christmas Day. Still edible?
Danestress
maybe everyone is being too polite to say "heck no!" lol
Daisy
I think it's probably fine as long as it didn't sit out a long time on Christmas Day. I would eat it but probably would say it has to be eaten or frozen before tomorrow. 3 days is usually my max.

OH_Homeschooler
Well, I allow up to 6 days. I have no qualms about eating our Christmas leftovers through tomorrow! (But for some reason, at that week mark I can't even look at it, it has to go straight in the garbage).
melissel
I would also say that if it didn't sit out for hours on Christmas day, and if it has been carefully covered and refrigerated since then, I'd consider today the last day I would eat it comfortably (though DH and I might eat it tomorrow, nervously ). LaxMom
Huh. I hope so. I just hacked up the rest of the Christmas leg of lamb for stew. :D
beansprouts
I think it is probably fine. Enjoy!

PrairieAir
I'd give beef 4-5 days, less for chicken or fish.
jenn-
I give food a week in the fridge. I figure I am going to nuke it and that will kill off the germs for me.
