I am so very sorry. I know you put so much effort into caring for him, I'm so sorry things went the way they did. He was lucky to have you for a daughter.

Oh Dawn! I'm so sorry. Thank you for sharing your father's picture and how wonderful he was. I echo what others have said about tackling just the funeral stuff and make sure you get at least 6-10 more death certificates than you think you need. 

May you be comforted by the Holy One, Blessed be He, your family and friends, and the knowledge you stood by your father until the end and he knows that in Heaven.

😪   I am sorry about your dad.   Interesting that they looked similar.    Maybe they have found each other in heaven.

Well, we knew that with his health issues (even without the cancer added in) it would eventually happen, but once the cancer was found (10th of Dec.) until his death was a little under 3 weeks.
