sunshine
The rim of my eggs inside my quiche (I hope I am getting across where the green is) turned green. You know the green a hard boiled gets sometimes? What in the world caused this? Are we all going to die? My ds17 and one of the seniors I homeschool, and my two little girls all ate theirs without comment (God bless them), it was when I bit into it I noticed. YUCK!! Are we safe?? Who knows the answer to this question, quick!!

swellmomma
I don't know about quiche, but I know they get that way from being over boiled and the excess release of the sulfur gas, maybe they got overcooked in your quiche??? weird

Kris
I've had eggs turn green before, but I can't remember why -- garlic? What was in the quiche?
