lulalu
Asking for a friend with unreliable internet. What middle school math programs have a video with teaching? She is unable to teach middle school on up for math, but doesn't have reliable access to the internet for online classes. Child is not advanced in math but will probably reach algebra in 8th. EKS
Derek Owens. His videos are accessed online, but I think there might be a way to get them on a thumb drive (or something similar). His courses start with prealgebra.

hollyhock2
Math U See has lessons on DVD. You can do them online now, too, but they do still sell the DVDs.

There are various companies who make them. Dive is one, Nicole the math lady, I use Art Reeds videos, and Saxon has some but they are quite long and I don't recommend them.

3MisMe
We're very happy with MUS. I starting my fourth student this year. Oldest student is almost finished with Epsilon. We use the DVDs. I also really appreciate their customer service and teacher support.
