ktgrok
I know a lot of people here are familiar with The Body Keeps the Score and this was a fascinating double interview with the author. Second part gets into how the pandemic is an assault on our nature as primates, dealing with stress, etc. There is a podcast and a transcript - so can listen or read it. https://onbeing.org/programs/bessel-van-der-kolk-trauma-the-body-and-2021/ 3

bookbard
Thanks, this is a reminder that once everything opens up again (hopefully next year) I need to make a commitment to yoga and/or tai chi.

This pandemic has been difficult and, many of us won't be able to jump back into life at the same pace that we kept before for a bit. We need to be kind to ourselves and allow our souls to heal.
