Janeway
How much memory should I have on a new ipad, cheaper version, not the pro or air? I dropped my daughter's ipad and bought a new one on Black Friday. I can see they are still up for sale. Now I realize that her ipad is at 30gb in used space, even though I feel like I don't have much on it. I do, however, have books on it, but not many. Also, I don't mind using the cloud. This is not a...cell phone type ipad. This is WiFi only.
Guest
I have 128gb, but I also have a TON of music and books-my iPad is my primary teaching device, and I don't count on having wifi
Melissa in Australia
More than you think at the time of buying.
alisoncooks
Yep. I think the correct answer is "the most you can afford."

Suzanne in ABQ
At least 32GB, but 64G wouldn't be a waste.
