It’s slightly more complicated this year because the exam is changing a bit and the prep books don’t come out until February. The English language itself hasn’t changed that much this year though so I’m wondering what you used that you can recommend. I do have access to the Effinger files.Many thanks!

My D'S used IEW's AP Lang guide and Barron's test prep book. The last month before the test he was writing a timed essay every few days because timing was where he struggled, not with content.

My son never took the exam, but I agree that The Language of Composition is excellent.  We used pieces of it last year and the year before.
