Catherine
We're going to do a semester of this at home next, spring with lab. Thanks in advance!
Grace is Sufficient
My oldest is taking the course through Potter's School this year; it seems to be very thorough. I'm not sure it would be easy to get through in just a semester, however.
SusanAR
My ds is using Apologia A and P w/lab this year. It could be completed in a semester if necessary. Susan
MaryM
McGraw Hill Publishes a one semester Essential book by Holes et al. They do have lots of online support via the book's website for the non-essentials book so you could probably Google and get the Essentials booki nfo. Also Kolbe.org has the Essentials course plans but they stretch it out over a year. Mary
langfam
DD is doing the Kolbe's A&P and loving it. It's her favorite course this year. The virtual labs are a plus for us too. Having the lesson plans makes it a breeze for me. :) Edited November 21, 2008 by langfam
Joan in GE
Last year my son used the TC DVD's on the side because he had to take exams in human biology for the Swiss. He did very well on their test which was at a much easier level. I thought this was a pretty good course.
