G5052 Posted April 5, 2019 Share Posted April 5, 2019 I prefer not to say where for privacy reasons, but my community college sophomore got into the selective 4-year of her choice. It was a Guaranteed Admit, but some of you know that we nearly messed up my oldest. We were tied up with a family crises and hit July before we realized that we hadn't heard from them. It was an odd snafu, and we had appeal a turn-down and get him registered for classes very late. It was a mess. She's in though. It will be a big change because it's a large school and will require catching a bus every day, but it has a unique program that she wants.
