caedmyn
The one thing I've not found a good GF substitute for is dinner rolls. The few I've googled for and tried have been fails. Does anyone have a good one they'd be willing to share?
G5052
I'm looking too. I tend to make biscuits or cornbread.
itsheresomewhere
Brazilian cheese bread rolls. Hands down some of the best gluten free bread I have had. Even the picky one here eats it. Most of the recipes online for it are the same. We got hooked on it at a friend’s house who is gluten free. It tends to go well with most things. Katy
No, but check the frozen gluten free section of your grocery store. The best I've ever tasted by far are from a semi-local bakery, they're the type you just pop in the oven to finish baking. And they don't have bean flour so there's no surprising side effects. Many places have local bakeries that supply the best options. If you find one you like try all their products. I've stopped making separate GF cakes because this bakeries frozen cupcakes are just as good or better than mine, and they're made with real buttercream instead of oversweetened shortening.
