anyone have a really good GF recipe for rolls?

No, but check the frozen gluten free section of your grocery store.  The best I've ever tasted by far are from a semi-local bakery, they're the type you just pop in the oven to finish baking. And they don't have bean flour so there's no surprising side effects.  Many places have local bakeries that supply the best options.  If you find one you like try all their products.  I've stopped making separate GF cakes because this bakeries frozen cupcakes are just as good or better than mine, and they're made with real buttercream instead of oversweetened shortening.
