Scarlett
We are remodeling our laundry room this weekend. Sheetrock repair, paint and tile. There are cabinets and a shelf above the washer/dryer that will be white. Tile which I haven't got yet will be in the light beige color. Paint was going to be the leftover yellow from painting my exterior doors...but the rest of that paint has mysteriously disappeared. Almost all of our house is painted cafe au latte so very neutral. The laundry room is fairly large.....I thought some plesant color in there might be nice. Any ideas?
KungFuPanda
When I need to pick paint, I wander the fabric store. You can get entire palettes from a piece a fabric you love. Some artist type has already done the coordinating for you. Then you just take a swatch to the paint store for a color match.

Kim in Appalachia
My mom had done her old laundry room in the prettiest shade of blue. I don't remember what it was called. But it was a very light blue, a sky blue color, It reminded me of the sky at the shore. I loved it. It was peaceful and cheery at the same time. Scarlett
I went with yellow. Lol... Guess I had my heart set on yellow because nothing else sounded right. It is more muted than the yellow I put on my front door.
