Chris in VA
I am interested in any Instant Pot recipes you find delicious. Two caveats--not slow cooker (I have one of those and will never use this function) and no dairy (dd is dairy free because of whey protein allergy). I'm trying to drum up some enthusiasm.
school17777
Not a recipe, but I am using my Instant Pot tonight to keep a rotisserie chicken that I got from the grocery store this afternoon, warm for Dh who is still on his way home from work. (Just using the keep warm function) I steamed broccoli in it twice this week, made chicken pesto last night, and salmon and orzo a few days ago. When I figure out what I want to make for dinner, I just google that recipe with “Instant Pot†mostly for the time I need to set it. I have had one for over two years now, so I’m getting pretty good at knowing the time now.
Alice
I just got one for Christmas and have only used it once so mostly I’m just following for advice also. I made risotto last night and that was really good. I used a recipe I found online. Super easy.
marbel
Hard boiled eggs, chili, frozen chicken to use in enchiladas, chicken stock, soup, rice, a sort of chicken biryani-esque dish that would never be mistaken for authentic Indian food but was quite tasty anyway, ground beef for tacos... I know there are more but I can't think of anything else at the moment.
mlktwins
My favs are beef stew (my MIL's recipe that I adapted for the instant pot) and bbq spare ribs. I also steam veggies and recently tried baked potatoes (these were so good).
