What could I do with it when thawed? I've been bad about not using it up by or a little after the use by date and want to improve on that. I love it in smoothies, but I can't drink his smoothies, he makes a huge batch and drinks it for the week. I like only fresh smoothies and it is too early to use the blender before I leave for work and if I drink it in the evening, I will never sleep. UGH.
