Chris in VA
Here's a website with a bunch-- work from home
Pamela H in Texas
If I were well enough, I'd still be working LiveOps. Money is good and I could work early mornings (some prefer other hours, of course). Commute can't be much better (bed to home office). Mama Owl
I used to work from home with this company..its really good money once you get started. You answer phone calls for either pizza hut or infomercials. http://www.liveops.com there will be a fee for a background check...it can take some time for them to get back to you..but when they do, its good. I made 10-14.00 per hour. You must have a land line phone and high speed internet access and a quiet workspace(no kid noises ) but you can work any hours..24 per day and work when kids are asleep. its independent contract work. Another company is called West. I didn't like their system as much..but they are easier to get hired with. both you have to do a voice test where you read a paragraph or 2. both require you to read a script from a screen..so good reading aloud skills are req.(benefit of our homeschooling. LOL) http://www.west.com West is an employee situation..you still get to choose your favorite hours. If you want to do surveys... http://www.publicopinionresearch.com they pay per completed survey... its very part time evenings mostly hope this helps...if the links dont work, let me know. Tracy in Ky
What about being a Virtual Assistant? My sister does this, and is making pretty good money! A google search would probably bring up lots of info. Basically, you would be doing secretarial work from your computer.
Susan in TN
My sister does transcription work from home. She had to purchase a minimal bit of equipment - a pedal of some sort. Once she had gotten into it for a bit (maybe a month or two), she took a test and was given a position with a good company that will help her get more work and good pay. She can take as much or as little work as she wants and can set her own hours.
