mc26
Looking for the holy grail of algebra books I guess. We have tried Saxon (not enough time on the new topic) and are now in Jacobs (not enough time on review). I suppose I could reorganize either of the books to suit our needs, but don't really want to spend the time doing that if something exists already. The one thing from Saxon we like was that it gave the lesson number for the review problems so we could easily flip back to it. Any ideas? SparklyUnicorn
Maybe a more traditional public school text? Or take Jacobs and find more review (in Saxon or on-line).
SweetandSimple
CLE Algebra. I am loving it, and DS is doing well with it.
lmrich
I just started each lesson with review problems from old lessons - wrote them on the white board. Old school!
GeorgiaH
Foerster includes review - and we love this book!
JanetC
You could add the book A+ Notes for Beginnning Algebra by Yang to any book you like for extra review problems.

FriedClams
We've used Saxon for years, with me taking the class alongside my kids. When they introduce a new item, in say lesson 20, there will be 1-3 practice problems with that concept in lesson 20. Then the kids will see 1-3 problems on that...forever. It's be from referent angles, getting harder, etc. Each lesson also has 1-4 review problems before the practice problems that are only related to that lesson. I think if you don't find anything else you'll see that Saxon really does review a LOT. Edited December 20, 2016 by FriedClams
