fairfarmhand
I've never cooked with lamb much, but we just hauled off three to the processor. So I need recipes. Ground lamb, roast lamb and lamb chops. (I find it odd that lamb and mutton are not as common as beef in the US. It's much cheaper and better for the land to produce than beef. If not for coyotes, I'd have plenty.)

kbutton
This is to die for. We don't actually stuff leaves, we just cook it up and eat it with rice.
Carol in Cal.
Lamb chops are so easy. Trim most of the fat off. Rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Saute until medium rare. Serve to wild acclaim.
