Ground pork and cornbread

I'm moving in a couple of days and clearing out the kitchen. I have a 9x12 pan of cornbread and a pound of ground pork (and a few other basic staples with random gaps). Any suggestions of what I can make for dinner?

 

We can play again tomorrow with other ingredients if you like this game. :)

Pork and vegetable stirfry-type dish, with cornbread on the side instead of served over rice.

 

Or if you don't have enough ingredients for that, porkburgers, carrots however you like, and hot buttered cornbread.

A recent magazine has a corn bread salad.  Basically salad (that one had tomatoes, peppers, onions, beans, corn, chopped up bacon), and mix in crumbled corn bread.  Top with dressing.  They made a dressing with sour cream, mayo, and ranch dressing mix.  I can imagine adapting this with other ingredients and another dressing.
