moonlight
Has anyone set up a Math Investigations type station or centre in your school space? Something that can mostly be left out? What would you stock it with? How would you organise it? Target age is a 4 1/2 year old and a 9 year old. Thanks! Here are my thoughts so far: Number rocks that I paint myself Logic Puzzles like Chocolate Fix, Rush Hour (any specific games you guys like??) Tangrams Graph Paper, Pencils, Rulers, Protractor

daijobu
A white board with colorful markers. Maybe a problem of the day, or draw 3D picture of a sphere or tetrahedron or cube.
