zoobie Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Chocolate bark is chunks of chocolate or chocolate-esque substance with wax in it so that the chocolate hardens nicely. Pretty much the same thing as Wilton chips if you've used those. Oreo balls are easy. 1 package of Oreos, 1 block of cream cheese in a food processor until combined. Use a scooper to make balls. Refrigerate then dip in melted chocolate and allow to set. You can freeze them too. They're good with Peppermint JoJos from TJs. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
