Or ducks. Or geese. Wyoming has tumbleweeds. :lol
gaillardia
I actually like that look. Reminds me of the trouble with tribbles.
Jean in Newcastle
I'm old enough to start singing The Sons of the Pioneer's "Tumbling Tumbleweeds" song.
Halftime Hope
I'm old enough to start singing The Sons of the Pioneer's "Tumbling Tumbleweeds" song. Me, too, Jean! Did you all listen to 101 Strings, too? I'm burning some CDs of those songs for my elderly parents for Christmas, so I'm glad you mentioned Sons of the Pioneers. They loved some of that music: "Ghost Riders in the Sky", "Cool Water". http://youtu.be/rnt30ICso_c They probably haven't listened to these in 40 years, yet these albums were my parents' favorites when I was a kid. Those and the Firestone Christmas albums each year. It's gonna be a great Christmas!
Jean in Newcastle
My dad has a turntable and still puts on his old records. Yes, we listened to 101 strings. And we had a couple of Reader's Digest boxed record sets with selections from musicals, the original Disney movies etc. I still sing "Cool, Clear Water" to my kids whenever we get a drink. . .!
