Spy Car Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 Even though I grew up in Los Angeles and was (naturally) a Dodger fan, the other great team in our home was the St Louis Cardinals. My Dad was from St Louis and a true Cardinal fan always. I still remember how thrilled we all were when the Cards won the World Series in 1967. And how tragic it was losing to the Tigers in '68. So close. I've been going though my Dad's things in recent weeks, since his passing, and the other day I found a note listing the worst things that ever happened in his life. Number 1 on the list?
