PentecostalMom
I am expecting another baby later this year. That will give me three kids under three, at least for a couple of months. My biggest concern is that I will be a newborn and a not-quite-2yo. I would like to get a double stoller for them. I had a Joovy Caboose Ultralight that I liked, but am wondering of there is something I am overlooking? I don't liek the big, bulky Graco style doubles, and I like the fact that the Joovy holds the carseat then converts to not. Let me know what you think. I don't want to say price is not a factor because I don't want to drop $500, but I do expect to pay for a quality item that I like.
lluv
I had a Baby Jogger City Mini Double stroller that I :001_tt1: :001_tt1: . I was sad when it was time to sell it. It's awesome to manuever, has the best canopies, and a flat recline. Albee baby has great deals on closeout 2011s with no tax and free shipping. Not the cheapest stroller, but lots of people think its pretty good ratio of features/price.
rwjx2khsmj
I recommend you get one that has front and back seats rather than side by side. They are easier to maneuver in tight spots and eliminate the problem of the toddler reaching the baby or a bigger baby grabbing the toddler's hair. Get one that you can put up and down easily. I used my Graco double for 10 years and loved it. IMO, if you are going to spend money on a purchase this is the place to do it.
West Coast Mom
My second time around I bought the City Mini Double. Best stroller ever! I wish I had it with my first two. It is a side by side and turns on a dime. It goes through every doorway I encounter and folds quite easily. The basket is hard to get to when kids are seated, but that was the only downside for us. Starr
We used an older version of this every day when the kids were little. We loved it. http://www.albeebaby.com/maclaren-twin-triumph-stroller-2012-scarlet-silver.html?gdftrk=gdfV21377_a_7c623_a_7c4726_a_7cWDN12032&gclid=COSCl8OZhbUCFcef4AodJGUAXw
bluemongoose
I second the maclaren. I have the techno. It works really well even with different weight kids and is smaller than many side by sides. It fits through regular sized doors and folds so flat for a twin stroller. ChristusG
I love love love my Phil & Teds! It pushes like a single due to the placing of the seats. But it has plenty of room!
higginszoo
With 3 under 3 (my oldest and third are 30 months apart), I found a front to back model much more useful, as in a pinch, I could put a child on the floorboard of the back seat -- it really came in handy several times -- my oldest has special needs physically and couldn't walk long distances, and my middle of that bunch was a runner, and only 17 mo when the baby of the group was born. I actually liked the Graco, but McLaren also makes a really nice model that is really light and compact but can still hold a carrier.
