5LittleMonkeys
Deep Space Sparkle has some pretty nice art lesson plans available. They have some available tied to literature, mediums, artists, and art movements. I just wanted to pop in from my board break to share! PeterPan
Fun! Thanks for sharing! So while you're at it, have you found anything equally great for high school art? :)
Laura Cook
I like Deep Space Sparkle. I also just discovered The Artful Parent blog. www.artfulparent.com Sorry, I'm on my phone and can't link. I thought that there were some good projects and articles there also.

Angel
I have been using her lesson plans in my co-op art class for two years. I love the step by step directions she has for most of the lessons. I also use http://www.thatartistwoman.org/ and http://www.artprojectsforkids.org/ Favorite lessons (I have mostly 4-6th graders) http://www.deepspacesparkle.com/2012/03/05/one-point-perspective-art-lesson/ - the kids kept on doing these in free art time and at home, huge hit! http://www.deepspacesparkle.com/2010/02/14/cardinals-in-winter-art-lesson/ - all ended up with beautiful pictures and the parents loved them! http://mrspicassosartroom.blogspot.com/2011/09/picasso-monsters.html - time consuming but well worth it, plus we studied about Picasso http://www.artprojectsforkids.org/2012/12/little-birdy-snowman.html - this was our latest, every picture turned out worthy of a frame from my 1st grader to my 6th grader. I am not an art teacher nor do I play one on tv  but I have found a passion for teaching it that I didn't know exsisted!
