Oak Knoll Mom
This is my friend Kara. She is battling breast cancer and has been keeping a blog of her journey. She's a wonderful writer so many of her posts are worth reading, but today's post about her husband is especially poignant. She's a Christian and writes from that perspective, but I think even non-Christians will be touched by her husbands love for her. I hope someone else is blessed by her words. http://mundanefaithfulness.com/2012/12/07/true-love/

1bassoon
Wow. That was just beautiful. I lost a friend to cancer this year - and it just makes me tear up. Her husband was just like that for her. Thanks for sharing.

PentecostalMom
I'm so glad you shared this. It's humbling to see such love. My husband loves me like this, and I feel immeasurably blessed because of it. I'll be praying for them! Me, too! Sometimes I feel so not worthy of his immense love for me. His, too, is quiet and not flamboyant, but it runs so very deep. The blog post was beautiful and I have been reading her blog for nearly an hour now. The post from her sister is beautiful as well!
