brandigirl
Art of Problem solving. I am toying with the idea of doing Pre Calc from them this year (my year starts on October 1 weird I know) but the difficulty has scared me off.
Belacqua
Best. Math. Ever. :) Yup yup. And a universe unto itself. A state of mind. A Happy Place for math geeks. When the math kids meet each other, one of the first things they ask is, "What's your AoPS user name?" A place where "beast" (used as an adjective) is highest praise. A good, good thing. Julie of KY
My 13 year old says AoPS is AWESOME!!! He knows I will let him out of dishes and laundry by him asking to go do more math - he may do anything from the textbook, Alcumus, or just talk math stuff on the forums. Tress
The AoPS books have been translated into Korean, so they can also be translated into Dutch. Yes? Pretty please? :D I really, really want to use AoPS materials with my kids, but am afraid that doing AoPS in a foreign language will be a tad too difficult. Sigh.
