TraciWA
My Ds2 will turn three at the end of the month. I am trying to figure out a gift for him. I can't really get him something for outside as the weather will turn nasty just after. He love imaginary play. He is also rambunctious. Ideas? annlaura
A couple of presents DS3 was thrilled by were a Robin costume, and a small battery powered lantern.
*Inna*
Marble run, animal figurines and dress up are a big hit for my almost 3 year old.
Rockhopper
Pirate costume? (Melissa and Doug has a nice one that includes a vest, hat, sword, etc -- easy on and off.)
SilverMoon
Costumes and accessories. Knights, firemen/policement, dragons, and such.
TraciWA
Oh, dress up would go over big time! Thanks.
happypamama
I got my 3yo a new MagnaDoodle last year, since our other one had been through two big kids and was worn out. He loved it! Matchbox-size cars, Transformers, Legos (Duplos too, actually), costumes, small figures (cowboys, knights, etc.) are all hits for my 3yo boy. Also, he adores having his own backpack to pack his small treasures in.
Pippen
We were big into firefighting at age 3 around here.
kb44
I was going to say dress up, too. We seriously have bins of dress ups, here and they use them every single week. We have also made vehicles to match from boxes, like, a fire truck, race car, bus, castle-mobile. Endless fun!
Incognito
If you want to spend a fair bit, I think Magnatiles are very fun toys. Bonus - your big kids will probably like playing them with your little one. :)
TraciWA
Dress up looks like a great way to go. Now where would you recommend looking?
