And there was a Firefly reference in one of them (the third, I think) that made me giggle. It's just such a post-modernish messing with story and reality kind of thing. The first one is Heat Wave, followed by Naked Heat, Heat Rises, and Frozen Heat (coming out in September). They're very fun books, and written just like you expect them to be, based on the Castle character. I'm so looking forward to the next one!
